The problem

The tools that exist are either built for commercial property (wrong fit), stuck in the 2000s (poor adoption), or consumer apps that do not understand governance and compliance (missing critical features).

When a document is uploaded, eConcierge can answer questions about it. When a maintenance request is submitted, everyone who needs to know is notified. When fees are collected, the financial reports update automatically.

We build for how each persona actually works. Property managers live in a web dashboard with multi-building views. Residents use a native mobile app they can install in 30 seconds. Councils get governance tools that respect the regulatory frameworks they operate under.

Property managers are our primary audience. They make purchasing decisions, bring multiple buildings onto the platform, and are the gateway to PMC relationships. Pastrata is designed to reduce per-building overhead and give PMs a single dashboard for every building they manage.

Pastrata is built in Vancouver, BC. We understand the regulatory landscape of Canadian strata and condominium governance because we live in it. Our platform supports jurisdiction-specific fee structures, Canadian PAD compliance, and privacy legislation including PIPEDA and PIPA.

Privacy & security

Building data is sensitive. We use multi-tenant security with building-level data isolation, encryption at rest and in transit, and role-based access control. We do not sell personal data. We do not use advertising trackers.
