Nothing is deleted. The building keeps read access to its documents, records, and history — paid features pause until the subscription resumes.

What happens when a building changes management companies?

Pastrata handles PMC transitions smoothly. When a building moves to a new management company, there is a 30-day billing grace period. The new PMC can adopt the building into their portfolio. All building history, documents, and resident data are preserved.
