Is Pastrata built for the Ontario Condominium Act?
Yes. The platform runs owners’ meetings with quorum tracking and voting, generates status certificates from corporation records, collects common-expense fees, and (on the Lease Management plan) serves Ontario N1 and N4 tenancy notices. On the Lease Management plan, the N1 rent-increase notice and N4 non-payment notice are generated from the lease, served, and recorded with the legal date of service in the audit log.
